These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bob Dowell Photography (“I,” “my” or “me,” ). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received.
The deposit secures your date and is non-refundable, except as stated under “Photographer Cancellation.”
You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., event details, addresses). Incorrect information may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
2. Deposits and Payments
A deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 1 month before the wedding date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
If a deposit is paid with incorrect or false information, I reserve the right to retain the deposit and/or cancel the booking.
3. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new date subject to availability.
Rescheduled bookings may be subject to additional fees.
4. Photographer Cancellation
In rare circumstances where I must cancel, a full refund, alternative date or alternative photographer will be offered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure all provided information is accurate and complete.
Obtain necessary permissions from all individuals being photographed, especially for minors.
Arrive on time and follow any agreed schedule.
Ensure the venue allows photography.
6. Image Use & Delivery
Images are delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
I retain the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
You are granted a license to use the images for personal or agreed commercial purposes only.
7. Liability
I am not responsible for circumstances beyond my control, such as extreme weather, illness, or venue restrictions.
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
